OUR SCHOOL

We are very proud of our school.  Together with 7 state of the art classrooms we have the use of St.Patrick’s GFC football pitch and clubrooms and a modern & attractive school library. We have two playgrounds one for our senior pupils and one for our junior pupils.  This year have created a sensory garden and an outdoor classroom. We pride ourselves on being leaders in the area of environmental awareness and caring for same.

We are lucky to have access to external personnel who provide coaching at different intervals throughout the year during P.E. classes.

SCHOOL HOURS

Our school gates open at 9.10am and pupils from senior infants to 6th classes are supervised by staff in the school yard. Our junior infant pupils are supervised in their classroom for the month of September and outside after this time.

Classes commence for all pupils at 9.20am. Our junior and senior infants go home at 2.00pm and our 1st - 6th classes go home at 3.00pm.

The Board of Management does not accept responsibility for pupils who are on the school premises outside of these times unless they are attending after school activities with our school staff.
